FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Chicago and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
If you need to reschedule your session let me know as soon as you can. If you cancel your session, I understand…things happen! I do have a non-refundable deposit so just keep that in mind that you will not be receiving that portion back.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Each package delivers a different amount of images. Be sure to check your contract for those details or feel free to reach out to me for any clarifications!
